Our Administration Committee
Our Mission
To maintain and care for the buildings and
grounds of Calvin Presbyterian Church so as to give glory to God, and
demonstrate wise stewardship of our resources.
Tasks
• To maintain the inside and outside of the
church
• To oversee property management for use of the
building
• To
manage the capital improvement fund.
• To approve any expenses related to facilities
and landscaping of the church.
• To collect monies given to the church and
to ensure all monies are deposited,
counted and recorded. Subject to the
authority of the session and under the provision of the constitution of the Presbyterian
Church (USA), the committee shall disburse the sums received as authorized. Any monies over $3,000 shall be authorized by
the congregation.
• To hire, supervise and review performance of
the financial secretary, treasurer and custodian.
Committee Membership
Must be an active member of Calvin
Presbyterian Church. Committee is chaired by a currently serving
member of Session.
